At SHIMANO, we stand behind the quality of our cycling and fishing gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your SHIMANO account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items, including all original tags and manuals, into the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Verification & Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
